Macular conditions can cause loss of central vision. The Macular Society support groups are there so that no one has to face macular disease alone. Groups offer support and help in understanding macular disease and coming to terms with sight loss. They often share information about obtaining treatment, other services and staying independent. The Clacton group meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month at Imperial House, Rosemary Road, Clacton, 1pm - 3pm.

NEW! Passenger Transport Customer Satisfaction Survey
Essex County Council provides home to school, social care and some local bus transport for the people of Essex. ECC procures transport for over 20,000 children to travel to mainstream and special need schools each day, transport for looked after children, older people and people with learning disabilities and physical and sensory impairments, and funds local bus services that cannot be sustained commercially but are deemed socially necessary (see a list of ECC supported local bus services here). Volunteers needed who would like to be part of a great team at the charity shop. Whilst volunteering at the shop, you will also be helping the animals in our care, as money raised from the charity shop supports the NAWT Clacton Centre. All About You – 12 week course starting Tuesday 20th September 2016, 10am-12noon Venue: Jaywick Community Resource Centre, Brooklands Gardens, Jaywick CO15 2JP.
A FREE programme for young parents/carers aged 25 and under and their children. They will be working with artists from the Mercury Theatre helping them and their children learn & develop by taking part in fun and simple creative activities such as singing, dancing and craft. There will be an on-site crèche to look after the children for part of the session whilst parents creatively explore their aspirations. The Casting Committee had some tough decisions to make.
Please do not be too disappointed if you did not get the part you wanted.
If you went for a Principal role and want feedback on why you were not successful, please contact Sam McCarthy, Production Chair.
It takes a team effort to put on our Productions and whichever part of that team you are, you are just as important as the next person.
There are three male roles you will see below that we have not cast plus we are looking for more men to join the Chorus.
